KH Planner is a tool that helps congregations plan duties and assignments at their meetings. The service is provided by KH Planner by Mats Cedergren (“we”, “us”, “the service”). These terms of use govern your use of the service.
By using KH Planner you accept these terms. If you sign in as an administrator or planner, you do so on behalf of your congregation and confirm that you are entitled to bind the congregation to these terms. The terms apply together with our privacy policy.
KH Planner is an aid for planning, displaying and sharing who is assigned to which duty at a congregation's meetings. It supports planning – it does not replace the congregation's own decisions or judgement.
Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no public self-registration. The service is not intended for unsupervised use by children; data about minors is managed by the congregation (see the privacy policy).
You warrant that the data you enter is accurate and that you have a lawful basis to process personal data about others (e.g. members). The congregation is the data controller; how data is processed is described in the privacy policy, which also explains how an erasure request is handled.
You must not:
The service is provided “as is” and operated on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed availability. Features may change, be added, or be removed. The congregation can export its schedule (Excel) at any time to keep its own records.
The KH Planner software, name and branding belong to the service provider. The data a congregation enters belongs to the congregation. You must not copy, resell, decompile or otherwise reuse the software.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for planning decisions or their consequences – the tool assists, and the congregation makes the decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for data loss beyond what reasonable backups cover. This reflects that the service is provided at low or no cost.
We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Your congregation may stop using the service at any time and request that its data be erased.
These terms may be updated. For significant changes the date at the top of the page is updated, and continued use means you accept the changed terms. The latest version is always available on this page.
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are handled by the Swedish courts.
